With the objective investment of the available area is a commercial center including the EVN KPC’s office to raise capability business operations, improve working conditions for all of employees, as well as contributing harmonious landscape downtown of Nha Trang city. EVN KPC operated an architectural designing competition for “OPERATION AND BUSINESS OFFICE OF KHANH HOA POWER J.S.C”. Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy Company J.S.C and five other consultancy companies had joined to this competition.

The team of architects work with creative style, enthusiasm and professionalism, with 3 architect plan options, Sagen was honored achieved first prize and the second prize of the contest.

On 28/6/2013, Khanh Hoa Power J.S.C held ceremony to announce and give prize of competition. To attend the Ceremony has representative company: Mr Nguyen Thanh Lam – General Director Khanh Hoa Power J.S.C, chairman of competition and members include representative Department of:

The project “Operation and Business Office of Khanh Hoa Power J.S.C” has 2 construction stage The first stage, it has new building of 12 storeys which is designed with modern and unique architecture and brings the convenience for Company’s staff. Besides, old block was renovated to harmonious with new office, highly aesthetic and further contribute to the Nha Trang city's beauty. The 2nd stage (after 2016), will being built new block, which is business center and Company’s office with 17-18 floors.  Combined with the block of 12 storeys in 1st stage will make a harmonious whole blocks of architecture, urban landscape.

The project in 1st stage was expected completed and put into operation in 2016. This will be one of the emphasised point of Nha Trang - the sea city.
