On January 26th, 2015, Sagen signed design consultant contract for the design and build (D&B) project “Brotex Dyeing Textile Factory” – Phase 3, where Coteccons is the main contractor.

This is the biggest project that has been designed by Sagen, with a construction area of 240.000 m2 on total land area of 38 hectares.

The phases 1 and 2 of this project had been constructed and are under successful operation. Moreover, Viet Nam is maintaining a stable economic growth and signed many international trade agreements. Those are the reasons for this Chinese Client to extend their factory.

Coteccons, one of the biggest construction Companies in Viet Nam, has been commissioned to carry out all 3 construction phases of this project. With an extensive experience, Sagen is honored to associate with Coteccons as a design consultant in the phase 03.

With this project, Sagen is conforming current development strategy that the cooperation with big construction/real estate companies and international partners should be prioritized. This is also a valuable experience from working with the big partners.
