Asia Saigon Food Ingredient (AFI) is a joint venture founded by VINAMILK, the leading producer of dairy products in Vietnam, and its partners. AFI is a pioneer specialized in producing various types of non dairy creamer with top-quality, and competitive price in Vietnam. In 2010, AFI selected consultancy is Sagen for “AFI Functional Processing Factory” with scope of works: Geological Survey, Construction Permit, Drawing construction & BOQ, Construction Supervision.

The plant is located in My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province. It covers an area of more than 42,000m2, capacity 12.000 metric tons per annual with facilities are modern production line of Denmark spray drying technology complying HACPP and operated by qualified and experienced employees and experts.

In 2013, with the strategy expand production to enrich the company’s production as well as meet the needs of the market, AFI Company has decided investment 2nd stage of factory including Cereal manufactory and finished products store, total area of more than 5.000m2

Recognizing the professional ability and enthusiasm of Sagen when cooperated in 1st stage, On September, 25th 2013, AFI continued signing consultancy contract with Sagen in 2nd stage for scope of works: Geological Survey, Construction Permit, Designing Consultancy Contract, Construction Supervision, As – built and pink – book document.

Project is expected to be constructed in the end of 2013 and put into operation in second quarter, 2014.
