On July 25th, 2019, Hoa Tho Textile-Garment JSC held a groundbreaking ceremony for "Hoa Tho Showroom and Fashion office building" at No. 36 Ong Ich Duong street, Hoa Tho Dong ward, Cam Le district, Da Nang city with a total land area of over 10 ha.

Hoa Tho Textile-Garment JSC is a member of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) with head office located at No.36 Ong Ich Duong street, Hoa Tho Dong ward, Cam Le district, Da Nang city. Vinatex is one of the leading companies in textile and garment export of the Central region. Currently, Vinatex is developing strongly Merriman office fashion, need to promote brands in the showroom. Therefore, building showroom serve for displaying products combined with office for lease has been paid attention by the Investor.

On June 7th, 2018, Sagen was trusted and selected as a consultant company implementing basic design, construction drawing design and total cost estimate of the "Hoa Tho Showroom and Fashion office building" by the Investor - Hoa Tho Textile-Garment JSC.

Grasping fully the requirements of the Investor, Sagen designed the project ensuring the aesthetics, modernity, open space, harmony with the whole areas. In particular, this project was designed with many unique highlights, not duplicated with any other projects.

Overall perspective

This is the second project Sagen cooperates with Hoa Tho. In 2015, Sagen successfully designed for "Renovating and Expanding office" project. This project had been completed and put into operation since 2017.
