21 years – a long journey for us to look back at an enterprise with many ups and downs, has overcome many difficulties to develop sustainably to this day. SAGEN with a deep corporate culture, with projects and works in which both the enthusiasm of the Board of Directors as well as the entire staff have been oriented and believed in the development of stronger and stronger.
On 05/09/2024, SAGEN CONSTRUCTIVE DESIGN CONSULTANCY J.S COMPANY held the 21st ANNIVERSARY OF SAGEN with the participation of the Board of Directors and all employees of the Company. The event took place in a cozy and solemn atmosphere, marking a long journey full of achievements and continuous efforts of each SAGEN member.
Since its establishment in 2003, SAGEN has been constantly developing and expanding, affirming its prestige and position in the field of Construction Design Consulting in Vietnam.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. NGUYEN THANH TAN – General Director shared about the 21-year journey of establishment and development of SAGEN with difficulties, challenges as well as remarkable achievements that SAGEN has achieved:
"Another year has passed with many fluctuations and challenges for all enterprises in the same industry and outside the industry in the field of Construction Design Consultancy. With the general economic situation of the market not being favorable from the beginning of 2023 until now, many businesses have had to stop operations and close.
However, SAGEN still maintains operations and stabilizes human resources. It is also thanks to the consensus, efforts and dedication of all SAGEN employees during the past long journey. I highly appreciate and appreciate the contributions of all SAGEN employees who always aim at the core values, namely:

2. DEDICATED TO WORK
3. LOVE AND SUPPORT COLLEAGUES
4. CONTINUOUSLY LEARN

Next, Mr. TRAN HUU UY – Deputy General Director had a few words to share:
"I remember the early days when I stepped into SAGEN, at the office at 422 Dao Duy Anh - Ward 9 - Phu Nhuan District, it was just a small office but a passionate, creative and enthusiastic team. We have all joined hands to build and witness the continuous development of the Company. Each project, each product shows the enthusiasm and efforts of each of our members.
Over the past 21 years, SAGEN has overcome many difficulties and challenges. We have gone through ups and downs together and risen together. I'm really proud of what the SAGEN team has achieved and the tremendous progress we've made. It's not just a business success, it's the connection, friendship and teamwork that I really appreciate."

During the ceremony, Mr. THAI DOAN DANG – Technical Director of the Company, gave an emotional and meaningful speech. He reviewed the important milestones in SAGEN's 21-year journey, and emphasized the continuous efforts of the entire team in maintaining and improving service quality. He also expressed his deep gratitude for the support of partners and customers, as well as the dedication of the employees, who have made an important contribution to the success of the Company.

SAGEN 's staff is very young and dynamic, when they work, they try their best, when they have fun, they have fun as much as they can. Therefore, the Company always has many exciting and meaningful activities for employees, in which the sports movements are always enthusiastically responded to by all members.
Following the program, representatives of the Company and the Executive Committee of SAGEN Trade Union praised and rewarded the teams that excellently won the highest prize in the series of activities to celebrate the Event: Badminton Tournament – SAGEN GOLDEN RACKET.
This activity not only affirms the spirit of sportsmanship and solidarity within the Company, but also is a testament to the balance between work and health, between effort and joy.

To celebrate the 21st Anniversary of the Company's establishment, with creativity as the strength of SAGEN's staff, the Company organized the Photo Contest "LABOR BEAUTY - SAGEN". The photo contest is organized to honor the great moments in labor and dedication of all SAGEN employees.
