On Jun 20th, 2020, Sagen was trusted and selected to sign design consultant contract of the “Benovas Medical Supplies Manufacturing Factory” at Thanh My 1 hamlet, Thanh Duc commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province by the Investor, Benovas Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. The scope of work includes making document of master plan, topographic survey, geological survey, concept design, schematic design, construction drawing design and cost estimates.

Overall Perspective of the project

Benovas Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company was established in 2016 by the F.I.T Group and Cuu Long Pharmaceutical JSC. In 2020, Benovas decided to invest in building Benovas Medical Supplies Manufacturing factory at Thanh My 1 hamlet, Thanh Duc commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province on an area of 10,500 m2, including a 2-storey factory, auxiliary items and technical infrastructure with a total floor area of over 10,000 m2.

This project is particularly focused on by the Investor and prioritizes the selection of an experienced and reputable design consultant company in the design consultancy industry of pharmaceutical factory to design the project ensuring optimal functionality, cost effective and overall factory aesthetic.

With a team of experienced architects and engineers in the field of design consultancy for industrial factories, especially pharmaceuticals, foodstuff factories,… and strengths in providing service with full package and cost-effectiveness on each m2 of construction ground floor area, Sagen believes that our design will ensure convenience and safety in production process, bringing satisfaction to the Investor as well as meeting the Vietnamese and International standards and regulations.
