On 19/02/2024, New Year's Day after the Lunar New Year holiday, Sagen was trusted by the Investor - Binh Thang Real Estate Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to select and sign a design consultancy contract, prepare a planning document of 1/500, make a total estimate and detailed estimate for the project "Vinh Cuu worker housing".

 "Vinh Cuu worker housing" is invested and built on a land area of 2.3 hectares, the scale includes 1 semi-basement, 15 floors with a total floor area of over 200,000 m2. The project is focused on choosing an experienced and reputable design consultant to ensure optimal functionality, aesthetics and overall efficiency of the project.
