Proceeding with the design experience for the typical architectural projects of Southern Power Corporation (EVN SPC). After participating in and winning the bid for “Expanding Tay Ninh Electricity Operator” project. On October 10th, 2016, Tay Ninh Power Company and SAGEN Constructive Design Consultancy JSC signed contract to implement the project.

Overall Perspective

The construction required to design a 10-storey office building (excludes the terrace) connecting with the existing operator through the corridor on the 1st floor. Simultaneously, the construction also had auxiliary items such as pumping station, underground water tank, low voltage station, garage,…

Architectural design: solid, strong, sustainable, close to nature, suitable for regional climate. The design expressed the power office’s essence.
