On 18th July 2016, Sai Gon Transportation Mechanical Corporation (SAMCO) and Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy J.S.C signed a design consultant contract for the project of a combined office building and car showroom at 262 Tran Hung Dao Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

SAMCO operates multi-field business activities, with each of the fields playing an important part in Ho Chi Minh City’s socio-economic development. In addition, SAMCO has to manufacture mechanical engineering as a key industry designated by the government as one of the four corporations undertaking the key task of developing Vietnam's automotive industry.

The building has 30-storey and 04 basements, with a total gross floor area of over 80.000 m2. The primary purpose of the building is used as an office building and car showrroom of SAMCO in Ho Chi Minh city.
