In June 18th, 2021, Sagen was trusted by the Investor, Hoa Khanh Trading and Service Co., Ltd to choose and sign design consultant contract for "Nhu Nguyet Office Building" project at Thuan Phuoc Ward, Hai Chau District, Ha Nang City.

Main perspective

Established in 1994, Hoa Khanh Trading & Service Co., Ltd mainly trades in petroleum. With the continuous efforts of the company's leaders and employees, up to now, Hoa Khanh has become a focal enterprise trading in import and export of petroleum throughout the Central of Vietnam and the Central Highlands.

With the expansion orientation into the real estate market, after incubation period, in June 2021, Hoa Khanh Trading & Service Co., Ltd decided to implement "Nhu Nguyet Office Building" project in Hai Chau District, Da Nang in order to expand the field of activities and enhance the company brand. The project is built on a land area of 728 m2, includes 2 basements + 16 floors with a total ground floor area of nearly 9,000 m2.

"Nhu Nguyet Office Building" project is located in the North of Da Nang City, locates on Nhu Nguyet main street, in front of the Han River. Moreover, the design work has chosen architectural forms, materials, and colors to imitate the familiar bridges of Da Nang people such as Dragon Bridge, Nguyen Van Troi Bridge,... With unique geographical location and design ideas, the project promises to be one of the impressive buildings with unique architectural and landscape.
