16/7/2014 – Reevaluating the ISO 9001

After 3 years operating under the quality management systems ISO 9001:2008, on July 16th, 2014, Sagen finished the reevaluation of the ISO 9001:2008 in order to improve the quality management systems and to catch up with current development trends. The reevaluation was made by the BSI Viet Nam Co., Ltd (BSI Group - The British Standards Institution).

The BSI experts reviewed on requirements of maintaining the improvement of quality management systems to demonstrate the suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system being used by SAGEN, especially in Design Consultancy, Project Management, Construction Supervision services etc.

By the end of the mission, BSI highly appreciated the application and compliance of ISO 9001:2008 standard by SAGEN. It is certified that Sagen is well using and maintaining the quality management systems under ISO standard. No unsuitability is founded in the Sagen’s quality management system.

Sagen always perceives that using and maintaining the quality management system under ISO 9001: 2008 standard is a must to provide the best services to our clients with highest quality, aesthetic and time requirement. Sagen want to do more than expected to satisfy our Client’s requirements and to conform Sagen’s brand in Viet Nam and foreign markets. Sagen is targeting to be in Topten of the leading design consultancy firms in Viet Nam.
