On June 16th, 2020, The Investor, Saigon Silicon City Joint Stock Company (SSC) trusted and select Sagen as The Consultant of project management and site supervision for "R&D Office Center 4" at D1 Street, High Technology Park, Long Thanh My Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

Perspective of “Center 4”

Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP) has successfully attracted the investment of large corporations in the world and in the country, such as Intel, Samsung, Nidec, Sanofi, Sonion, Datalogic, Mobile World Group, FPT, etc. In addition to making a positive contribution to the export of High-tech items of Ho Chi Minh City, attracting nearly 25,000 experts, scientists, senior managers, engineers and skilled workers to research and work here, SHTP also contributes to the capacity of research and development of new technologies in Vietnam.

Grasping the importance and development potential of SHTP, in 2015, Saigon Silicon City JSC was officially established and decided to invest in Saigon Silicon City project with a total of capital of more than VND 860 billion on an area of more than 52.9 ha in Saigon Hi-Tech Park to attract overseas Vietnamese and foreign businesses operating in high-tech fields and high-tech auxiliary industry on investment in Vietnam.

"R&D Office Center 4" is a part of Saigon Silicon City project, is a 6-storey building with a total floor area of over 39,000 m2. The Investor pays special attention to the project and prioritizes the selection of a Consultant who has many years of experience and reputation in the industry to manage and supervise the project ensuring progress, cost-effective, bring satisfaction to the Investor as well as meet the Vietnamese and International standards and regulations.

On June 16th, 2020, with capacity, experience, professionalism and reputation, Sagen was trusted to sign a service contract of project management and site supervision for “R&D Office Center 4”. The groundbreaking ceremony also took place in the morning of the same day and expected to be constructed in 10 months.
