In 15/01/2018, FPT Central trading Company Limited announced that Sagen has already won a bid for designing consultant “FPT Complex – Phase II” project in Nam Ky Khoi Nghĩa Street, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City.

Perspective of building

In order to meet the future development needs of FPT Software and FPT University, FPT Complex is a beautiful, modern, innovative and unique architecture that demonstrates the main function of the building. The office building combines the training center. The project has an area of 67,000 m2 divided into two blocks: office block (outer circle) and canteen, service block (inner circle), two blocks connected by four bridges.

Currently, FPT continues to invest in the second phase of the project with GFA about 26,000 m2 billion with a budget over 350 billion VND.

Overcoming other competitors in the bid, Sagen was honored to win the second phase of the project (1/3 circle next) with scopes: Consultant design, estimates and providing legal services related to the project.
