May 11th, 2015, the contract signing ceremony for the Phu Tho Hoa Commercial Center project was taken place between Binh Viet Duc Ltd., Co (Client) and Sagen.

The Commercial Center is designed with 01 basement, 01 ground floor and 05 upper floors, with total construction area of 35,000 m2. The Commercial Center is located in the center of Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, a densely populated place and convenient traffic connections. After completion, this will be a wealth commercial center serving business guests from north-west areas of Ho Chi Minh city.
