On October 23rd, 2019, Sagen was trusted and selected to sign design consultant contract of “Clubhouse” under “Gem Sky World Residence” project at An Phuoc new urban area, Long Duc commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province by the Investor, Dat Xanh Group.

Overall Perspective of Clubhouse

In 2019, Dat Xanh continued to implement the Gem Sky World Residence project. The project is built on a land area of more than 92.2 hectares, including townhouses, shophouse, duplex villas, single villas, trade centers, parks, schools, sports area, medical center and other public works serving residents in the area. The project has a total investment capital of up to VND 5,725 billion, promising to bring an ideal residence for more than 18,000 people. The "Clubhouse" is a central item of the project, includes 2 floors with a total floor area of 1,300 m2. It is inspired by the design of a bird-wing model, is the place for sales and community activities.

With a team of experienced architects and engineers in the field of design consultancy for civil projects, and strengths in providing service with full package and cost-effectiveness on each m2 of construction ground floor area, Sagen designed for Clubhouse ensuring aesthetics, harmony with the overall architecture of the project, convenience and safety during the operation; ensuring progress, optimal functionality, cost efficiency, bringing satisfaction to the Investor as well as meeting the Vietnamese and International standards and regulations.

This is the second project Sagen cooperated with Dat Xanh. The project contributes to affirm the good cooperation between Dat Xanh and Sagen as well as once again affirms the trust of customers and Sagen's leading position in the field of design consultancy for civil project in Vietnam.

The project was started construction in July 2020.
