On October 10th, 2017, at The gioi di dong Office, the construction supervision contract signing ceremony for the "Enterprise resource planning software (ERP)” Project was taken place between The gioi di dong Information Technology Ltd. and Sagen constructive design consultancy J.S.C

The project is invested with a budget over 320 billion Vietnamese Dong, with constructed on an area of 24.000m2, including 13 stories, 2 basements and sub-categories for the purpose of use.  The "Enterprise resource planning software (ERP)” Project has been assigned by Investor to Sagen, beginning in early August 2017, with construction surveys, construction permits, Construction drawing design and cost estimates. At present, the work of pile test has been done. Construction time is 15 months, expected to be completed and put into use in the first quarter of 2019.
