On September 07th, 2019, Sagen was trusted and selected to sign the construction supervisor contract of the “BW Warehouse” at Tan Phu Trung Industrial park, Cu Chi district, HCMC by the Investor, BW Industrial Development JSC.

BW Industrial Development Joint Stock Company is a joint venture between Warburg Pincus - the world's leading private investment fund and Becamex IDC Group - Vietnam's largest industrial property developer, specializing in providing services to renting high-quality warehouses and factories with the goal of meeting the increasing demand of the market stemming from the wave of shifting production facilities in the world to Vietnam as well as the increasing demand of the domestic market. BW has an initial investment of more than 200 million USD with 230 hectares of project land in 2018 and 170 hectares will be expanded in 2019.

With the need to invest in the construction of high-quality warehouses and factories, BW always focuses on the selection of design consultants, construction constructor as well as project supervision and management consulting units which has a wealth of experience and reputation to ensure bringing satisfaction to investors as well as metting Vietnamese and international standards and regulations.

In September, 2019, Sagen was trusted and selected as a consultant to perform construction management and construction supervision for this project. The project has land area of more than 42,000 m2, including 2 warehouses for rent with auxiliary items and technical infrastructure.

With a team of professional, dedicated and experienced experts in construction management & supervision a wide range of large-scale civil and industrial projects, SAGEN had managed and supervised the project to ensure the construction on schedule, quality, safety and efficiency.

The work is expected to be completed and put into use in September 2020.

This project paves the way for a good cooperation between BW and Sagen as well as once again affirms the trust of customers and Sagen's leading position in the field of project management and construction supervision for industrial factory in Vietnam.
