In May, 2019, Sagen was trusted and selected to sign design consultant contract of “Opal Skyline High-end Apartment” project at Nguyen Van Tiet street, Binh Hoa town, Lai Thieu ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong by the Investor, Dat Xanh Group.

With the strategy of continuing to exploit the market of dynamic and potential Thuan An new city, in 2019, Dat Xanh continued to pursue the modern architectural style of the Opal product line with the implementation of new projects, "Opal Skyline High-end Apartment". The project is built on a land of more than 10,200 m2, including 01 basement and 36-storey twin tower block with a total floor area of more than 163,000 m2. "Opal Skyline High-end Apartment" was officially opened for sale on August 18th, 2020, providing 1,506 apartments and 24 shop houses, with 25 modern internal utility areas, promising an ideal residence and become an architectural symbol of Thuan An new economic center.
