On 4th June 2016, Thien Tan Group selected Sagen as Design Consultant for the project of “Combined Commercial Center, Hotel and Apartment Building” at Tan Thuan Tay Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city with 29 stories, 3 basements with total GFA over 45.000 m2. The signing contract ceremony was attended by Mr. Huynh Kim Lap, General Director of Thien Tan Land and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tan, General Director of Sagen together with other relevant divisions.
