On Dec 14th, 2019, Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy JSC organized seminar on building the development goals of the Company in 2020.
The seminar is an annual activity of Sagen. On this occasion, the Board of Directors and all the management staff such as Head of Department, Team Leader, Senior, etc. evaluate the achievements as well as outstanding issues, the development trends of the market, thereby setting goals and action plans in the new year.
After the opening speech of the General Director - Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tan, each department: Business Development Department, Finance - Accounting Department, Technical Department, HR-Admin Department respectively reported achievements over the past year and self-assessed the department's strengths, weaknesses, thereby proposing a new year action plan for 2020.

Based on the overall plan, each department discussed and set out five main goals for the new year 2020, solutions and actions to achieve the goals, presented and answered the question to protect their views, absorb comments and adjust to unify the new year goals.
With new goals consistent with resources and market trends, 2020 will be a promising year for SAGEN.
