On 14th July 2014, Sagen and Thang Long Vina Co., Ltd signed the design consultant and construction supervision contract for the project “Center of Sports and National Defense Education Combining Commercial Exploitation” located at 371 Nguyen Kien St, Ward 03, Go Vap Dist, Ho Chi Minh City.
